Dr Greg Venning

In demand as a Chiropractor, hard-hitting speaker and coach Dr Greg Venning has helped people of all ages to improve their levels of well-being and lead richer lives.

His own health challenges led him to travel and study internationally to find solutions for himself and the people he serves. Together with his Masters Degree he is a Certified Wellness Professional and Greg is developer of Upgrade Your Life, founder of Peak Chiropractic and recipient of The Chiropractic Association of South Africa's Excellence Award.

Greg is not like other doctors, he is interested in creating health, not treating disease. Greg runs a family wellness practice in Cape Town where he and his team serve people of all ages and sizes. From babies and children to full time mums and from office athletes to elite sportsmen, Greg has helped them reach greater levels of wellbeing. As a speaker and coach he has worked with national sports teams and some of South Africa’s biggest companies.

Elan Lohmann

Until February 2012, Elan Lohmann, now 40,  was an overweight chainsmoker in a pressured corporate job. Inactive and on the couch living an ultra-unhealthy lifestyle for the majority of his adult life he decided to turn back the clock and begin to thrive with a life of healthier choices.

Once an executive in the online media industry, he walked away from that career, giving it all up to pursue a simpler, healthier lifestyle pursuing his new purpose in life: to help others live an optimised life. He set himself the vision of “inspiring 100,000 South Africans to live a healthier lifestyle”.

Cape Town based, Lohmann is the founder and fearless leader of Sleekgeek, a South African support group of  over 50 000 people and growing everyday united by the desire to practise a healthy lifestyle.
